He is not Saying Trump Likes Nazis, but — Yes He Is Saying It

Image
by Cowboy Bob Sorensen Revised 8-10-2019 Leftists are running around saying that Donald Trump is a Nazi, calling him Hitler or fascist, saying he wants people dead, and other foul things. Hypocrites! Nazis are socialists, which is what many on the left are embracing. Try to get them to define fascist and you are unlikely to get an intelligent reply. They are like other people I could name, screaming something, no matter how stupid, just to provoke negative emotions in others. Concentration camp image credit: Pixabay / Jacek Abramowicz I keep saying that one reason I encourage spotting basic logical fallacies and engaging in critical thinking is not just for those of us who promote biblical creation science and apologetics. Rational thinking is applicable in many areas of life. Try it with politics. I've seen bad arguments on television between leftists and Conservatives and wanted to tell them both to shut up because they were doing it all wrong. We can understand peopl...

More Analysis of the "Hitler was a Christian" Slander

Image
When I first made the post refuting the "Hitler was a Christian" nonsense , there was a great deal of response from atheopaths who wanted to cling to their false claim despite the evidence. They would quote mine from Hitler and ignore information that put it into proper context. (Not surprising, because they believe what Hitler said, but also foolishly quote mine the Bible to make it look bad as well. Glaring inconsistencies at best.) Not only was Hitler a maniacal politician who would say what it took to get people on his side, but he was nuts. By the way, when pressed, these atheists cannot show where he gave anything resembling accurate Scriptural support for his actions, nor can they show where he was following Biblical commands. It is an entirely spurious argument. Used by permission of Ken Ammi Andy Pierson has an interesting article that gives further refutation of the Christian Hitler falsehood. He includes some quotes from Hitler and the Nazis that were dow...

The "Hitler was a Christian" Slander

Image
“What's to prevent us from saying Hitler wasn't right? I mean, that is a genuinely difficult question.”  —Richard Dawkins Sounds just like many modern atheists today. This quote is from Table Talk. For some reason, many atheists want to "give" Adolph Hitler to Christianity. "Hitler was a Christian!", they gloat. But that is the opposite of the truth. "He said he was a Christian, Cowboy Bob!" Ummm...yeah. How often do you believe politicians, especially those that have murdered millions of people and were obvious maniacs? Get that? He was a politician, striving for power. Also, who was Jesus to him, what was God, what was Christianity to him? The same problem exists with many atheists today — they redefine the terms to suit their own ends. I have some ideas on why Christophobes try to pretend that Hitler was a Christian. First, to make the atrocities of the greatest mass murderers of history, the atheists Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Pol P...

Atheists, Hitler and the No True Scotsman Fallacy

Image
It is truly baffling to me when atheists want to "give" Hitler to Christianity. And they do it with gleeful self-humiliation. "Why is it self-humiliation, Cowboy Bob?" Most atheists that I have encountered, especially on the Internet, fallaciously declare themselves to be the intellectual elite, simply by virtue of being atheists. (Ridiculous, I know.) Yet these bastions of enlightenment commit logical fallacies freely and frequently. They also do not know how to correctly identify fallacies. Hitler supposedly claimed to be a Christian (but his "Christianness" is easily refuted ). When a Christian says, "Hitler was not a real Christian", the misotheist will scream, "AHA! The 'No True Scotsman Fallacy'". Except that he's dead wrong , and has embarrassed himself by incorrectly attempting to use a logical principle. Remember, don't fear the atheist. They have a great deal of bravado, but even a cursory knowledge of ...

Atheists, Leftists and Hitler Stupidity

Image
It is amazing and painful the way people are ignorant of who Adolph Hitler was and what he did. Some people are so ignorant, they never heard of him, or think he was a sports star! Some atheopaths are so full of hatred for God and Christians, they want to "give" him to us by claiming that Hitler was a Christian! They will quote mine things that this mad occultist political manipulator said, even though this claim is easily debunked . Uh, sure, Poindexter. If you're going to believe what Hitler may have claimed despite whatever else he said and did, I don't want to waste time talking to you. Atheists and leftists use some of his techniques and ideas... here, give Wild Bill three minutes and let him explain this to you. And after that, a longer video that is rather amazing as well as enlightening.

How Evolution Makes Tyrants

Buon giorno.  I have a post up at Piltdown Superman that is not scientific, but more philosophical. You can read that here .

Strange Searches

Image
Buona sera. I think I'm going to post odd searches that people have used to end up on my Weblogs. At any rate, this one from my Piltdown Superman site is too baffling to leave alone. Before anyone gets agitated, I know full well that people often use specific words in the search engines that do not make sense if you are simply reading them. (I do it myself. No sense wasting keystrokes or making the search too broad . ) So, taking it at face value: I hope someone didn't think that it was even possible for Hitler to fake Piltdown Man. He was born in 1889 and the hoax began in 1912 in Piltdown, East Sussex. World War I began in 1914, and Hitler was a minor soldier in that war. He did not rise to power in Germany until 1933. So, what was Hitler doing in England, planting a fake evolutionary ancestor (never mind that the real culprits are known) twenty one years before he rose to power? Well, let's not let the facts mess up a good conspiracy theory. It could be fun, capice?

Illogic Lessons: A Rant

This article will be less cerebral and more "from the heart" as well as the mind.    While writing and researching my "Logic Lessons" series, I have learned quite a few things. Especially when I am on the receiving end of people who claim to be "thinkers", "rational", "logical" and so forth. Very few have given me anything rational. Instead, they hit me with interesting combinations of logical fallacies that are based entirely on emotion. Actually, their reactions are based in hate. They do not even know me, but they hate what I am saying and the Savior that I stand for (John 15.18-21). When I promote an article about creation science, I receive personal attacks from strangers on Twitter. Does that sound like a rational response to you? Me, neither. But so what? It's part of the job for which I enlisted. But I'll never understand what they hope to gain by demonizing the person instead of dealing with the concept ; that is the ...
